Mama’s Hot Dish

2 Lbs. Ground Beef
2 Medium Onions (Cut and Diced)
1 Green Pepper (Cut and Diced)
2 Tbsp. Ground Coriander
2 Teasp. Ground Turmeric
1/2 Teasp. Ground Cumin
1 Teasp. Ground Ginger
1/4 Teasp. Ground Pepper
2 Teasp. Crushed Red Pepper
1-1/2 Teasp. Salt
1 Can Tomato Soup
1 Can Beef Broth
1 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
1 Large package Creametes (Or equivalent quantity of elbow macaroni)

Directions:

Brown meat in skillet. Lightly saute’ onions and green pepper. Cook macaroni until softened but not overdone.

Drain.

Combine macaroni, meat, onions, green pepper, tomato soup and paste, broth and all spices in large kettle. Mix all ingredients well. Add some water if necessary. Cook on low heat until food has been warmed.

Reduce the Crushed Red Pepper if 2 Teasp. is too hot for your taste. Try 1 only.
